Perfect as a side dish at a braai. Best made a couple of hours before serving.
- Butternut grated
- Peach jelly powder
- Pineapple cored and cut up
- Put the butternut in a salad bowl.
- Add the peach jelly powder and mix through thoroughly.
- Add the pineapple pieces and mix through.
- Refrigerate until needed.
Low carb adjustment
Use sugar-free jelly powder and leave the pineapple out of the recipe.
